Beyond BDes
Podcast

Over the past 20+ years, graduates of the undergraduate programs have gone on to pursue their professional degrees at renowned design schools worldwide. This podcast series aims to invite these alumni back to speak with current students, sharing their experiences within the program and discussing how they used their SALA undergraduate degrees to further their pursuit of a master's degree.

Design Clubs

UBC SALA offers a variety of student-led design clubs that foster community, creativity, and collaboration beyond the classroom. These groups provide opportunities to explore different perspectives in architecture, engage in design competitions, and participate in conversations around equity, culture, and sustainability. Whether through workshops, discussions, or collective projects, SALA’s clubs create spaces for students to connect, share ideas, and shape the future of design together.
